Where limo dispatch breaks down.

Many limo offices still run dispatch from a whiteboard or spreadsheet. Reservations come in by phone and email, a dispatcher writes them up, then calls or texts chauffeurs to confirm who takes which ride. When a flight is delayed or a client changes their pickup, the dispatcher has to find the right chauffeur and pass on the change — and hope it arrives.

During the ride, the office has no live view: clients call to ask where their car is, and the dispatcher calls the chauffeur to find out. Afterwards, trip sheets, payments and gratuities are reconciled by hand before anyone knows what each chauffeur is owed.

Limo dispatch software puts all of that on one live record: reservations, chauffeurs, vehicles, status and payment, visible to the office in real time.

Limo dispatch software questions

What limo dispatchers and owners ask about running operations on NEXRIDE.

What is limo dispatch software?

Limo dispatch software is how a limousine company's office gets each reservation to the right chauffeur and vehicle — tracking who's available, sending jobs, following trips and recording the fare. NEXRIDE combines it with client booking, chauffeur apps and payments.

Can we dispatch by vehicle class?

Yes. Rides go to available chauffeurs in the vehicle class the client booked — sedan, SUV, van or whatever classes you set up.

Can our dispatchers see every chauffeur live?

Yes. The operations dashboard shows every chauffeur on a live map with their status, plus active rides and today's bookings.

Can dispatchers enter phone reservations?

Yes. Dispatchers can enter phone reservations so every booking — app or phone — runs through the same system, rates and reports.

Can dispatchers send a ride to a specific chauffeur?

Yes. Dispatchers can assign a reservation to a particular chauffeur — a client's preferred chauffeur, for example — or let NEXRIDE offer it to available chauffeurs in the right vehicle class.

How are changes and cancellations handled?

Changes to a reservation update the ride for everyone involved, and cancellations are recorded with their status and reason. Cancellation limits help you spot clients and chauffeurs who cancel too often.

Does it work for small limo companies?

Yes. NEXRIDE works for a handful of vehicles as well as larger fleets — you start with the classes, rates and chauffeurs you have and add more as you grow.

What do chauffeurs see?

Chauffeurs get job alerts with pickup, destination and trip details, in-app navigation, one-tap status updates and their earnings by day, week and month.

How do chauffeurs get paid?

The moment a card ride ends, NEXRIDE splits the fare using your rules and funds both the owner and the chauffeur in real time — to a paycard or the chauffeur's own bank account. Cash rides are paid in hand. NEXRIDE integrates with third-party payment and funding providers and is not a bank, payment processor or card issuer.
